Practical Exploration of the “Teaching, Learning, Doing and Evaluation Four-Dimensional Integration” Scenario Simulation Teaching Method—Taking Theory and Practice of Elementary School Class Teams as an Example

摘要: 针对课程教学中出现的师范生教学理论与实践脱节及评价机制单一等问题,该文以成果导向教育(OBE)理论为内核,融合情境认知理论,构建“目标驱动—情境浸润—评价促学”的动态培养模型。“教学做评四维融合”情景模拟教学的实施能够突破传统教学理论与实践脱节问题,形成“逆向设计—情境嵌入—评价反哺”的闭环系统,显著提升师范生的班级管理能力。

Abstract: Addressing issues such as the disconnect between teaching theory and practice among teacher trainees and the monotonous evaluation mechanism in curriculum teaching, this study integrates Outcome-Based Education (OBE) theory with situated cognition theory to construct a dynamic cultivation model:“goal-driven-immersion in context-evaluation-driven learning”. The implementation of“four-dimensional integration of teaching, doing, and evaluation”through scenario-based simulation breaks the traditional disconnect between theory and practice. It forms a closed-loop system of “backward design-scenario embedding-evaluation feedback”, significantly enhancing pre-service teachers'classroom management capabilities.
