摘要: 面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的挑战,培养优秀的新工科人才将为我国发展壮大战略性新型产业和发展新质生产力提供坚实的人才支撑。该文以新能源汽车工程专业人才培养为研究样本,在剖析高校人才培养现状和问题的基础上,从完善校企合作机制、优化课程体系及教学内容、加强高素质专业化教师队伍建设、改善实践教学条件以及强化创新创业教育等方面,系统性提出人才培养模式的创新策略,旨在为培养新工科人才提供可借鉴的路径范式。

Abstract: Facing the challenge of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, cultivating a large number of excellent new engineering talents will provide solid talent support for China's development and growth of strategic new industries and development of new quality productivity. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of talent training in colleges and universities, this paper takes the talent training of new energy vehicle engineering as the research sample, and systematically puts forward the innovation strategy of talent training mode from the aspects of improving the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, optimizing the curriculum system and teaching content, strengthening the construction of high-quality professional teachers, improving the practical teaching conditions and strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education, so as to provide a reference path paradigm for training of new engineering talents.
