摘要: 在工业4.0与数字经济融合的背景下,新商科需以跨学科融合突破传统育人局限,而当前高校新商科人才培养存在学科壁垒显著、课程与产业需求脱节、师资跨学科素养不足等问题,制约大学生就业创业能力提升。该文基于新商科与跨学科融合的内在逻辑,从重构学科课程体系、校企共建协同实践平台、打造跨学科师资队伍等方面提出相关策略,以实现新商科大学生就业创业能力的系统性提升,为新商科改革提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract: Under the context of Industry 4.0 and digital economy convergence, the new business disciplines must transcend traditional educational limitations through interdisciplinary integration. However, current talent development in higher education institutions faces critical challenges, including pronounced disciplinary boundaries, curriculum-industry demand disconnection, and inadequate interdisciplinary competencies among faculty, which severely hinder the enhancement of students'employability and entrepreneurial capabilities. Drawing upon the intrinsic logic of interdisciplinary integration within the new business disciplines, this study proposes targeted strategies focusing on reconstructing disciplinary curriculum systems, co-building collaborative practice platforms between universities and enterprises, and cultivating interdisciplinary faculty teams. These interventions aim to systematically address structural deficiencies in talent development, thereby achieving comprehensive improvement in students'career readiness and providing theoretical and practical references for reforming new business disciplines.
