职普融通教育模式下提升本科阶段教学质量的探索——以江苏某高校“3+4”项目为例

摘要: 江苏省某高校在职普融通“3+4”项目的本科阶段实施过程中,通过系统性教学改革,有效缩小职业教育与普通教育之间的差异,实现技能型人才向应用型人才的培养范式转换。该项目采用“单独组班+动态教学帮扶”的教学实践探索,形成“问题发现—干预改进”的闭环管理,构建“教学—辅导—实践”一体化育人机制,显著提升学生的学科素养与实践能力,教学质量指标呈现显著提升态势。

Abstract: In the undergraduate stage of the implementation of the in-service vocational integrated“3+4”project in a university in Jiangsu Province, through systematic teaching reform, the differences between vocational education and general education were effectively narrowed, and the transformation of training mode from skilled talents to applied talents was achieved. The project adopted the teaching practice exploration of“separate class grouping + dynamic teaching assistance”, forming a closed-loop management of“problem discovery-intervention-improvement”, constructing an integrated education mechanism of“teaching-tutoring-practice”, significantly improving students'subject literacy and practical ability, and presenting a significant improvement trend in teaching quality indicators.
