Research on Nursing Talent Training Based on Improved Mini-CEX and Job Competency Model

摘要: 为提升新医科背景下护理专业人才培养质量,该文以西安职业技术学院2022级护理专业全体学生为对象,分为实验组与对照组,各150人。对照组采用传统教学与评价模式,实验组引入改良Mini-CEX评价模式及岗位胜任力模型,通过优化教学流程、细化评价标准、强化实践环节开展研究。结果显示:实验组在校理论成绩、多项核心实践操作各维度得分、“1+ X”技能证书考取率、护士执业资格考试通过率、毕业就业率及医院签约率等方面均显著高于对照组,且入职后的岗位胜任力评分更高(P <0.05)。结论表明:该模式能有效提升护理人才培养实效,为教学改革提供实践路径。

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of nursing talent cultivation under the background of new medicine, this article takes all nursing students of the 2022 class at Xi'an Vocational and Technical College as the subjects, divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 150 students in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching and evaluation mode, while the experimental group introduced the improved Mini-CEX evaluation mode and job competency model. The research was conducted by optimizing the teaching process, refining the evaluation criteria, and strengthening the practical aspects. The results showed that the experimental group had significantly higher theoretical scores, scores in various dimensions of core practical operations,“1+X”skill certificate acquisition rate, nursing practitioner qualifying examination pass rate, graduation employment rate, and hospital signing rate than the control group, and had higher job competency scores after employment (P<0.05). The conclusion indicates that this model can effectively improve the effectiveness of nursing talent cultivation and provide a practical path for teaching reform.
