Impact of Large Language Models on Students' Learning Styles: A Verification Model Based on Mixed Research Methods

摘要: 该文以大学英语教育为依托,构建“技术赋能—学习重构—教育创新”三维分析模型,通过量化研究与质性访谈相结合的方法,验证大语言模型(LLMs)对学生学习方式的影响。实验结果显示:使用LLMs的学生在跨学科知识迁移能力(t=3.21,P<0.01)、学习效率(F=5.67,P<0.05)和资源利用率(χ2=12.45,P<0.001)上显著优于传统学习组,同时,教师访谈证实LLMs正在重塑教学模式与师生关系。该文提出“人机协同学习生态”教育模式,为技术赋能教育提供可操作的实践路径。

Abstract: Based on college English education, this study constructs a three-dimensional analytical model of“technology empowerment-learning reconstruction-educational innovation”. It verifies the impact of Large Language Models (LLMs) on students'learning methods through a combination of quantitative research and qualitative interviews. The experimental results show that students using LLMs are significantly superior to the traditional learning group in interdisciplinary knowledge transfer ability (t=3.21, P<0.01), learning efficiency (F=5.67, P<0.05) and resource utilization rate (χ2=12.45, P<0.001). At the same time, teacher interviews confirm that LLMs are reshaping teaching models and teacher-student relationships. This study proposes an educational model of“human-machine collaborative learning ecology”, providing an operable practical path for technology-empowered education.
