Research on Innovative Teaching Models for Higher Mathematics Courses

摘要: 针对高校理工科高等数学课程教学长期存在的知识碎片化、学生被动学习及理论与实践脱节等难题,该文提出“AI+知识图谱”创新教学模式,基于大模型构建跨章节的AI知识网络,借助生成的思维导图与知识图谱加强各知识点间的关联;通过宿舍小组制的学生小讲堂,有效激发学生课堂学习与协作探究的主动性;整合高质量真题实践演练,提升学生将抽象理论应用于实际工程问题解决的能力。实践结果显示:教学班级的数学竞赛获奖率由26%提高至40%,期末成绩高分段比例由13%增至31.3%。该模式不仅破解了高等数学教学的结构性问题,更为理工科基础课程改革提供了可复制的技术路径与组织范式,具有广泛推广价值。

Abstract: This article proposes an innovative teaching model of“AI + knowledge graph”to address the long-standing problems of knowledge fragmentation, passive learning of students, and disconnection between theory and practice in the teaching of advanced mathematics courses in science and engineering in universities. Build a cross chapter AI knowledge network based on a large model, and use the generated mind maps and knowledge graphs to strengthen the relationships between various knowledge points; Through the dormitory group system of student lecture halls, effectively stimulate students'initiative in classroom and collaborative exploration; Integrate high-quality real-life exercises to enhance students'ability to apply abstract theories to solve practical engineering problems. The practical results show that the winning rate of math competitions in teaching classes has increased from 26% to 40%, and the proportion of high scoring students in final grades has increased from 13% to 31.3%. This model not only solves the structural dilemma of higher mathematics teaching, but also provides a replicable technical path and organizational paradigm for the reform of basic courses in science and engineering, and has broad promotion value.
