摘要: 产教融合是一种将产业与教育深度融合的教育模式,也是职业教育发展的必由之路。该文通过分析具体案例,阐述了政府、企业、学校、教师和学生五个层面在协同育人中的作用,同时,探索了搭建校企协同育人平台、完善课程体系、开展校企合作项目教学、促进技能比赛和建立评估与反馈机制等方法,为进一步深化产教融合提供了理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract: Industry education integration is an educational model that deeply integrates industry and education, and it is also the only way for the development of vocational education. By analyzing specific cases, the roles of government, enterprises, schools, teachers, and students in collaborative education are elaborated. At the same time, we explored the establishment of a school enterprise collaborative education platform, improved the curriculum system, carried out school enterprise cooperation project teaching, promoted skills competitions, and established evaluation and feedback mechanisms, providing theoretical support and practical reference for further deepening the integration of industry and education.
