摘要: 中高职一体化培养是高素质人才培育的有效途径,是促进区域协作、共同富裕和优质资源共享的桥梁和纽带。该文立足产业升级和岗位变化,基于学生的成长规律和能力本位的逻辑路径,结合一体化培养的共生共融,剖析中高职有效衔接的逻辑起点、问题表征和企业对技能人才综合素养的多层次要求,打造基于能力递进的“岗、课、赛、证、训”融合的人才培养“导航图”,厘清中高职培养路径和技能形成的映射关系,形成中高职一体“五维贯通”集约化培养路径。

Abstract: The integrated training of secondary and higher vocational education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality talents, and it is a bridge and link to promote regional cooperation, common prosperity, and the sharing of high-quality resources. This article is based on industrial upgrading and job changes, taking into account the growth patterns of students and the logic path of competency based development. Combined with the symbiotic integration of integrated training, it analyzes the logical starting point, problem representation, and multi-level requirements of enterprises for the comprehensive literacy of skilled talents in the effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education. It creates a talent training“navigation map” that integrates“job, course, competition, certification, and training”based on the progression of abilities, clarifies the mapping relationship between the training path of secondary and higher vocational education and the formation of skills, and forms an intensive training path of“five dimensional integration”between secondary and higher vocational education.
