职业院校与养老服务业融合发展现状与优化路径探究

Exploration of the Current Situation and Optimization Path of the Integration and Development of Vocational Colleges and Elderly Care Service Industry

摘要: 近年来,养老服务需求激增,但人才供给滞后,特别是养老服务业对人才的需求与人才培养间存在不匹配问题。该文通过分析职业教育专业设置、课程体系、师资队伍建设等方面,揭示出养老服务人才培养与市场需求脱节、校企合作机制不完善、实践教学体系不健全及师资队伍专业性不足等问题。职业院校与养老服务业的融合路径包括完善政策标准、建立评估机制、明确校企合作机制、发挥养老服务机构实训作用和建立师资合作制度,以促进教育与养老服务的深度融合,提高人才培养质量,满足养老服务业的专业人才需求,推动行业高质量发展。

Abstract: In recent years, the demand for elderly care services has surged, but the supply of talent lags behind, especially in the elderly care service industry, there is a mismatch between the demand for talent and talent cultivation. By analyzing the professional settings, curriculum system, and teacher team construction of vocational education, it is revealed that the training of elderly care service talents is disconnected from market demand, the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation is not perfect, the practical teaching system is not sound, and the professionalism of the teacher team is insufficient. The integration path between vocational colleges and the elderly care service industry includes improving policy standards, establishing evaluation mechanisms, clarifying school enterprise cooperation mechanisms, leveraging the practical training role of elderly care service institutions, and establishing a teacher cooperation system to promote the deep integration of education and elderly care services, improve the quality of talent training, meet the professional talent needs of the elderly care service industry, and promote high-quality development of the industry.
