产业学院视域下“三教”改革的探索与实践——以江阴职业技术学院艾芙莱航空产业学院为例

摘要: 为深化产教融合、校企合作,持续提升教学质量,该文以江阴职业技术学院艾芙莱航空产业学院为例,探索“三教”改革方案,结合产业需求和高职教育特点,提出一系列改革举措:教师、教材、教法是高职院校“三教”改革的核心,提升教师的素养和实践能力,解决“谁来教”的问题;升级教材与教学资源,促进课程内容改革,解决“教什么”的问题;创新教法,推动教学改革,解决“如何教”的问题。

Abstract: In order to deepen the integration of industry and education, strenghen school enterprise cooperation, and continuously improve the quality of teaching, this article takes Aifulai Aviation Industry College of Jiangyin Polytechnic College as an example to explore the“three education”reform plan, and proposes a series of reform measures based on industry demand and the characteristics of higher vocational education. Teachers, textbooks, and teaching methods are the core of the“three educations”reform in vocational colleges. Empowering teachers is intended to enhance their literacy and practical abilities in order to solve the problem of“who will teach”; Upgrading textbooks and teaching resources is used to promote course content in order to solve the problem of “what to teach”; Innovative teaching methods are used to promote teaching reform in order to solve the problem of “how to teach”.
