摘要: 教育领域正经历全面的数字化转型,对理工科实验室管理提出新要求。该文梳理分析了理工科教育数字化转型的特点与挑战,探讨了实验室管理与创新的策略与路径,通过顶层设计、制定转型规划,强化投入、改善信息化基础设施,创新机制、健全管理运行新模式,开放合作、推进跨领域共建,数据赋能、提升管理与服务水平,推动理工科实验室管理模式创新,全面适应教育数字化转型发展需求。

Abstract: The field of education is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation, which puts forward new requirements for the management of science and engineering laboratories. This paper analyzes the characteristics and challenges of the digital transformation of science and engineering education, and discusses the strategic path of laboratory management and innovation. Through top-level design to formulate transformation plans, strengthen investment to improve information infrastructure, innovation mechanism to improve the new mode of management and operation, open cooperation to promote cross-field co-construction, data empowerment to improve management and service level, promote science and engineering laboratory management model innovation, fully adapt to the needs of education digital transformation and development.
