Abstract: The construction of an employment and education system under the“one-stop”student community is an important issue related to the career development of students and the effectiveness of talent cultivation in universities. The community should build a diversified employment service resource platform, integrate rich information from inside and outside the school, provide comprehensive and accurate employment information for students, and create a full process employment guidance and teaching system. From enrollment to graduation, career planning and guidance should be carried out in stages and with emphasis to achieve seamless integration between talent cultivation and enterprise needs. Special employment practice activities should be carried out to exercise students'practical operation ability and adaptability, and an employment feedback tracking and adjustment system should be constructed. Based on students'employment situation, the system should be optimized in a timely manner to promote high-quality employment for students and help universities'employment and education work reach new heights.
