Abstract: The new generation of digital technology is driving the intelligent transformation and transformation of the industrial chain, education chain, and economic chain, and the future education and teaching scene will undergo tremendous changes. The intelligentization of innovation and entrepreneurship education helps to promote educational equity, unleash educational vitality, improve educational quality, and promote lifelong learning. The layout and implementation of intelligent innovation and entrepreneurship education is a necessary path for current and future higher education reform and innovation, and an important component of the major strategy of building a strong education country. Accurately empowering innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities requires intelligent upgrading from four aspects: construction planning, infrastructure construction, practical teaching design, and teacher role transformation. At the same time, attention should be paid to exploring the path of intelligent implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in five aspects: personalized learning support, cross-border cooperation and resource integration, data security maintenance and risk prevention, leading by intelligent demonstration zones, policy support and regulatory feedback.
