医药院校“教考分离”实施现状及对策研究

摘要: 为加快实现医药院校高质量人才培养体系的构建,医药院校将OBE(成果导向教育)理念与考试改革融合,实施“教考分离”。该文通过分析云南中医药大学在“教考分离”中遇到的问题,提出完善试卷管理制度、提高组织能力、科学动态管理试题库、优化考试过程、科学分析考试结果、扩大考试应用范围、转变教师和学生观念等解决对策,发挥“教考分离”优势,进行考试改革,提高教学质量建设,提高人才培养质量。

Abstract: In order to accelerate the construction of high-quality talent training system in medical colleges, medical colleges integrate the concept of OBE(outcome-based education) with examination reform and implement the separation of teaching and examination. Through analyzing the problems encountered in the separation of teaching and examination in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the paper puts forward some solutions such as perfecting the examination paper management system, improving the organizational ability, scientifically and dynamically managing the test bank, optimizing the examination process, scientifically analyzing the examination results, expanding the application scope of the examination, and changing the concept of teachers and students, so as to make full use of the advantages of the separation of teaching and examination to carry out examination reform, improve the construction of teaching quality, and improve the quality of talent training.
