Abstract: With the rapid development of modern science and technology, equipment manufacturing industry, as a pillar industry of the national economy, has an increasing demand for high-quality skilled talents. Vocational colleges, as an important base for cultivating skilled talents, and post internship, as a compulsory course for students, are also important links for the colleges to cultivate skilled talents. The advantages and disadvantages of its management mode directly affect the internship effect and the quality of talent cultivation. Therefore, the internship management mode plays a crucial role in improving students' practical ability, professional quality and employment competitiveness. Taking the unmanned aerial vehicle application technology major as an example, this paper deeply explores the post internship management mode of equipment manufacturing majors in vocational colleges, optimizes the internship management mode, and provides reference for similar majors.
