Abstract: With the advent of the integrated media era, news communication talents are required not only to possess solid news gathering and editing abilities, but also to master various skills such as new media operation technology, data analysis, and content innovation. The integration of industry and education can effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of talent cultivation in integrated media news by organically connecting the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain. This article analyzes the current situation and challenges of talent cultivation in integrated media news, explores the construction of a talent cultivation system for integrated media news based on the integration of industry and education, and studies the implementation and guarantee strategies of the talent cultivation system, providing reference for talent cultivation in integrated media news.
