摘要: 该文针对目前美容技术课程教学模式存在的不足,结合美容技术课程特点,采用学科协同、课岗赛协同、校企协同、课堂与第二课堂协同、教研协同等协同育人教学模式,以期提高学生综合素质,提升教师教学能力,增强学生获得感,为职业教育教学提供借鉴,为培养德技并修、全面发展的复合型技术技能人才提供支撑。

Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the current teaching mode of TCM beauty technology, combined with the characteristics of TCM beauty technology course, various collaborative teaching modes including discipline collaboration, class post competition certification collaboration, school-enterprise collaboration, classroom and second classroom collaboration, and teaching and research collaboration are adopted to improve teachers'teaching ability, enhance students'sense of gain and comprehensive quality, and provide references for vocational education and teaching. It will provide support for the cultivation of composite technical skills talents who are trained and developed in an all-round way.
