摘要: 药物化学是药学专业的核心课程,其实验课以培养学生将药物化学的理论知识应用到实践的能力为目的。该文聚焦新医科人才培养目标,针对医学院校传统药物化学实验课程教学普遍存在的问题,对其实验课程的教学内容、教学方法进行改革探索,提高药物合成实验的环保性、经济性、易懂性、系统性、实用性和前沿性等,为药物化学实验课程改革分享经验,促进药学领域高素质应用型人才的培养。

Abstract: Pharmaceutical chemistry is the core course of pharmacy major, and its experimental course aims at cultivating students'ability to apply the theoretical knowledge of medicinal chemistry to practice. Focus on new medical talent training target, in view of the medical school traditional medical chemistry experiment course teaching common problems, this article explores the reform of teaching content and methods in experimental courses, aiming to improve the environmental friendliness, economy, comprehensibility, systematicity, practicality, and cutting-edge nature of drug synthesis experiments etc., share experience for pharmaceutical chemistry experiment curriculum reform, promote the cultivation of high quality applied talents.
