Research on the Path of Skill Training and the Value-Added Evaluation of Learning Efficiency in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry and Education Integration

摘要: 现场工程师是工程师队伍中的实践攻坚者,是储备大国工匠与能工巧匠、推动制造业转型升级的重要力量。学习效能增值评价是保障现场工程师培养质量、提升高职育人价值的有效手段。该文在产教融合的背景下,主要针对高职现场工程师技能培养及其学习效能增值评价展开研究,从政府相关部门、企业、学校等多元主体切入,提出高职现场工程师技能培养的路径,从评价目标、评价指标、评价方法、评价反馈等方面出发,探讨了学习效能增值评价体系的构建。结果表明:该培养路径及学习效能增值体系能够有效提升高职现场工程师的培养效能,提高学生的实践和创新能力,同时促进教学相长和师生共进,促进高职育人目标的有效达成。

Abstract: Field engineers are the practitioners in the engineer team, and it is an important force to reserve the craftsmen and skilled craftsmen of the big countries, and to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The value-added evaluation of learning efficiency is an effective means to guarantee the training quality of field engineers and improve the value of higher vocational education. Article under the background of fusion, mainly for higher vocational field engineer skills training and learning efficiency value-added evaluation, from the government, enterprises, schools, put forward higher vocational field engineer skills training path, from the evaluation target, evaluation index, evaluation method, evaluation feedback, discusses the learning efficiency value-added evaluation system. The results show that the training path and learning efficiency value-added system can effectively improve the training efficiency of field engineers in higher vocational colleges, improve students'practice and innovation ability, promote the teaching and teachers and students, and promote the effective achievement of the goal of higher vocational education.
