摘要: 在产教融合背景下,研究地方职业院校校企合作实训基地共建模式具有现实意义。该文从产教融合的背景出发,分析了地方职业院校在校企合作实训基地共建模式方面存在的问题,分别是合作不稳定、合作不深入、合作企业选择不合理、经费难保障、“双师”队伍建设滞后和质量评估体系缺位等,重点从达成共识、建立长效沟通机制,内容共享、深化合作内容,综合评价、合理选择合作企业,资金共筹、拓展筹集经费渠道,校企共育、加强“双师”队伍建设,质量共管、完善质量评估体系等方面探讨了共建对策。

Abstract: In the context of the integration of industry and education, it is of practical significance to study the co construction model of school enterprise cooperation training bases in local vocational colleges. Starting from the background of the integration of industry and education, this article analyzes the problems existing in the joint construction mode of school enterprise cooperation training bases in local vocational colleges, including unstable cooperation, insufficient cooperation, unreasonable selection of cooperative enterprises, difficult funding guarantee, lagging construction of“dual teacher”teams, and lack of quality evaluation system. The focus is on reaching consensus and establishing a long-term communication mechanism; Content sharing, deepening cooperation content; Comprehensive evaluation and reasonable selection of cooperative enterprises; Co funding and expanding channels for raising funds; Joint education between schools and enterprises, strengthening the construction of the“dual teacher”team; We discussed measures for joint construction in areas such as quality co management and improving the quality assessment system.
