摘要: 该文基于产教融合,深化校企合作,发挥“岗课赛证”协同机制的作用,依托行业和企业发展,面向检验岗位核心技能需求,依岗定课,解析技能大赛内容以及职业技能等级证书考核内容,将岗、赛、证内容融入教学内容中,重构和优化专业课程体系,组建模块化教学团队,实施多层次、多场景的模块化教学,形成具有食品检验检测专业特色的“岗课赛证”工匠型人才培养模式。

Abstract: Based on the integration of industry and education, deepening school enterprise cooperation, leveraging the collaborative mechanism of“job course competition certification”, relying on industry and enterprise development, facing the core skill needs of inspection positions, determining courses according to job requirements, analyzing the content of skill competitions and vocational skill level certificate assessments, integrating job, competition, and certificate content into teaching content, restructuring and optimizing the professional curriculum system, forming a modular teaching team, implementing multi-level and multi scenario modular teaching, and forming a“job course competition certification”craftsman talent training model with the characteristics of food inspection and testing profession.
