摘要: 随着信息技术的快速发展,虚拟仿真设备作为一种创新的教学手段,正逐步融入并深刻改变着传统医学教育,特别是对分子生物学检验技术教学领域。该文旨在探讨虚拟仿真设备在该领域教学中的应用实践及其带来的教育价值,通过具体案例分析,发现虚拟仿真设备促进了基因克隆、PCR(聚合酶链式反应)扩增等关键实验步骤的可视化与模拟训练,在检验技术教学中能够强化对学生仪器操作、质量控制及数据分析等实践能力的培养;同时通过分析当前应用过程中存在的挑战与未来发展方向,强调了其作为现代教育工具的重要潜力,以及对于提升教学质量、培养学生创新能力的重要作用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, virtual simulation devices, as an innovative teaching method, are gradually penetrating and profoundly changing traditional medical education, especially in the field of molecular biology laboratory technology teaching. This article aims to explore the practical application of virtual simulation equipment in teaching in this field and its educational value. Through specific case analysis, it is found that virtual simulation equipment promotes the visualization and simulation training of key experimental steps such as gene cloning and PCR amplification. In the teaching of inspection technology, it can strengthen the cultivation of practical abilities such as instrument operation, quality control, and data analysis; At the same time, it reflects on the challenges and future development directions in the current application process, emphasizes its important potential as a modern educational tool, and its important role in improving teaching quality and cultivating students'innovative abilities.
