摘要: 在国家实施新工科建设的背景下,传统工科专业亟须进行改造升级。该文针对大连交通大学车辆工程专业人才实践能力培养的现状及存在的问题,以行业需求为导向,探索符合新工科背景的车辆工程专业人才实践能力培养的新模式,在培养行业工程意识、创建产教融合实践平台、加强师资队伍和强化行业文化价值建设等方面进行了改革研究与实践探索,这些措施强化了学生实践能力的培养,提高了专业毕业生的就业竞争力,为传统工科专业的升级改造提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering construction in our country, traditional engineering majors urgently need to be transformed and upgraded. In response to the current situation and existing problems in the practical ability training of students in the field of vehicle engineering at Dalian Jiaotong University, guided by industry demand, a new model of practical ability training for students in the major of vehicle engineering that meets the background of new engineering construction has been explored. Reform research and practical exploration have been carried out in cultivating industry engineering awareness, creating a practical platform for integrating industry and education, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and strengthening industry cultural values. These measures have strengthened the cultivation of students'practical ability, improved the employment competitiveness of professional graduates, and provided reference and guidance for the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors.
