微信参与式教学模式在放射科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要: 住院医师规范化培训是放射科医师继续医学教育的重要构成环节。该文探讨微信参与式教学模式在放射科住院医师规范化培训中的应用,通过微信公众号、微信群、微信小程序等功能,实现在线学习、互动交流、资源共享等,提高了教学效果;同时,就微信参与式教学存在的信息过载与筛选困难、互动性不足等问题,提出了由专人进行群管理、定期举行线上或线下的研讨会、搭建专业的医学影像平台等解决方案。微信参与式教学模式打破了学习时间和空间的限制,使学习方式灵活化、学习时间碎片化、学习地点移动化、学习资源多样化、学习内容前沿化,为住院医师提供更加便捷、高效、个性化的学习方式,显著提高了放射科“住培”的临床教学效果。

Abstract: The standardized training of residents is an important part of continuing medical education after graduation for radiologists. This paper discusses the application of wechat participatory teaching model in standardized training of residents in radiology department, with the help of Wechat public number, wechat group, wechat small program and other functions to achieve online learning, interactive exchange, resource sharing and et. al, in order to improve the teaching effect. At the same time, on the problems of information overload and screening difficulty, insufficient interaction in Wechat participatory teaching, this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions, such as setting up a professional group management, holding online or offline seminars regularly, building a professional medical imaging platform and so on. The Wechat participatory teaching mode breaks the limitation of study time and space, and makes the study mode flexible, the study time fragmented, the study place moveable, the study resources diversified, the study content front-line, to provide residents with more convenient, efficient, personalized way of learning, significantly improve the department of radiology in clinical teaching results.
