新工科背景下材料成型课程教学改革探索

Exploration of Teaching Reform in Materials Forming Course under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 该文以新工科背景下四川大学材料成型及控制工程专业材料成型技术及装备课程为研究对象,以培养卓越新工科人才为目标,提出课程的教学改革;对往届课程出现的问题进行分析,结合多年教学经验,开展了“导—塑—变—引—用”“五融合”的教学改革,探索教学新模式,同时设计多元化考核方式,强化全过程评价。课程改革后,学生增强了学习的主动性和积极性,高阶思维能力及解决实际工程问题的能力也有所提升,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: This paper takes the course of material molding technology and equipment of material forming and control engineering of Sichuan University under the background of new engineering as the research object, aims to cultivate outstanding new engineering talents, and puts forward the teaching reform of the course. Analyzed the problems of previous courses, combined with years of teaching experience, carried out the teaching reform of“guide-plastic-change-lead-to-use”, explored new teaching modes, and designed diversified assessment methods to strengthen the whole process evaluation. After the curriculum reform, the initiative and enthusiasm of students have been stimulated, and the students'ability to solve practical engineering problems and high-level thinking ability have been improved, and good teaching results have been achieved.
