摘要: 本科阶段是学生创造力培养和人格塑造的关键时期,在新工科教育改革背景下,本科生的科研创新能力培养具有十分重要的意义。针对当前国内高校在创新创业教育方面存在的优质教学资源不足、学生科研创新意识不强等共性问题,该文提出了“4+4”教学科研协同育人模式,推动了以荣誉课程建设为载体的教学模式改革和以实践创新为目标的科研平台搭建,着力培养具有新工科思维、科研技能和实践能力的创新人才。

Abstract: The undergraduate stage is a crucial period for cultivating creativity and shaping personality among students. In the context of the new engineering education reform, the cultivation of scientific research and innovation abilities among undergraduate students is of great significance. In response to the common problems of insufficient high-quality educational resources and weak scientific research and innovation awareness among students in current domestic universities, the article proposes the “4+4”teaching and research collaborative education model, promoting the reform of teaching models based on honor course construction and the construction of research platforms with practical innovation as the goal, focusing on cultivating innovative talents with new engineering thinking, scientific research skills, and practical abilities.
