摘要: 产教融合是国家人才资源开发和教育改革的顶层制度设计与战略部署,将产教融合贯穿人才开发全过程,形成政府相关部门、行业、企业、学校协同推进的工作格局,是当前重要任务之一。该文面向国家关于教育综合改革的决策与部署,以构建教育和产业统筹融合发展格局、促进人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合、培养大批高素质创新人才和技术技能人才任务目标为导向,结合开放大学特色,探索开放大学产教融合协同育人人才培养模式的改革。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is the top-level system design and strategic deployment of national human resources development and education reform. It is one of the important tasks at present to integrate industry and education throughout the whole process of talent development and form a working pattern of coordinated promotion by the relevant government departments, industry, enterprise, school. Aiming at the national decision-making and deployment on comprehensive education reform, this paper is guided by the task goal of building an overall and integrated development pattern of education and industry, promoting the comprehensive integration of structural elements on the supply side and the industrial demand side of talent training, and cultivating a large number of high-quality innovative talents and technical talents, and combining the actual characteristics of the open university. Explore the reform of the open university's talent training model for integrating production and education with collaborative education.
