Practical Measures for Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Application-Oriented Universities through the Integration of Industry and Education

摘要: 在创新驱动发展战略实施背景下,应用型高校亟须深化产教融合,提升创新创业教育质量。该文从课程体系、实践平台、导师队伍、项目培育、评价机制及组织保障6个维度探索产教融合的实践路径,通过共建模块化课程、打造三阶递进实践生态、实施“双师型”导师制度、构建全生命周期项目培育机制、建立多元评价体系及强化组织资源保障,切实推进创新创业教育。

Abstract: Under the background of implementing innovation driven development strategy, applied universities urgently need to deepen the integration of industry and education, and improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This article explores the practical path of school enterprise collaborative education from six dimensions: curriculum system, practice platform, mentor team, project cultivation, evaluation mechanism, and organizational guarantee. Through co building modular courses, creating a three-level progressive practice ecology, implementing the“dual teacher”mentor system, constructing a full life cycle project cultivation mechanism, establishing a diversified evaluation system, and strengthening organizational resource guarantee, innovation and entrepreneurship education is effectively promoted.
