“教科人一体贯通”视域下艺术类高校大学生创新创业教育路径研究

Research on the Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Art University Students from the Perspective of “Integration of Education, Science, and Personnel”

摘要: 在数字经济与文创产业快速发展的背景下,艺术类高校创新创业教育面临教育链、创新链与产业链断裂问题,且师资产业经验不足,亟须突破传统路径依赖,探索以“教科人一体贯通”为核心理念的育人模式。该文基于“教科人一体贯通”理念,提出改革路径:构建“艺术+科技+商业”跨学科课程,开发数字艺术创业等融合课程;校企共建元宇宙策展空间等技术平台,推动成果转化;组建“艺术家 + 企业家”跨界导师团队,促进校企人才流动;搭建政、校、企协同网络,完善专项政策与数字资源平台。该文为破解“三链断裂”问题、推动艺术人才向文化创新者转型提供系统性方案。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy and cultural and creative industries, innovation and entrepreneurship education in art universities is facing the problem of education chain, innovation chain, and industry chain breakage, and the lack of experience in the teaching industry. It is urgent to break through traditional path dependence and explore an educational model with the core concept of“integrating education, science, and people”. This article is based on the concept of“integrating education, science, and human resources”, proposing a reform path: constructing interdisciplinary courses of“art + technology + business”, and developing integrated courses such as digital art entrepreneurship; Jointly building technology platforms such as metaverse curatorial space between schools and enterprises to promote the transformation of achievements; establish a cross-border mentor team of“artists + entrepreneurs”to promote the flow of talents between schools and enterprises; build a collaborative network between government, schools, and enterprises, and improve specialized policies and digital resource platforms. Research provides a systematic solution to crack the“three chain breakage”and promote the transformation of artistic talents into cultural innovators.
