摘要: 在新质生产力快速发展和文旅行业数字化转型背景下,数字素养已成为旅游管理类专业人才需具备的关键能力。该文立足时代需求,探讨应用型本科院校旅游管理类专业学生数字素养培育的多维价值,基于实证调查分析学生数字素养的现状与培养需求,提出优化策略:重构数字文旅导向的课程体系、强化教师数字化能力、构建智慧教育生态平台、深化产教融合实践教学,助力应用型本科院校精准培养适应数字文旅新业态的高素质人才,为新质生产力驱动下的文旅产业高质量发展提供智力支持。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of new-quality productive forces and the digital transformation of the cultural and tourism industry, digital literacy has emerged as a pivotal competency for professionals in tourism management-related majors. Grounded in the demands of the era, this paper explores the multi-dimensional value of fostering digital literacy among tourism management students in applied undergraduate institutions. Through empirical surveys, it analyzes the current status and training needs of students'digital literacy, and proposes optimization strategies: reconstructing a curriculum system oriented toward digital culture and tourism, enhancing teachers'digital capabilities, building a smart educational ecosystem platform, and deepening industry-education integration in practical teaching. These measures are intended to assist applied undergraduate colleges in precisely cultivating high-caliber talents capable of adapting to the new formats of digital culture and tourism, thereby providing robust intellectual support for the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry driven by new-quality productive forces.
