新文科背景下创新型数字媒体艺术人才培养路径探索

Exploration of the Cultivation Path for Innovative Digital Media Art Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要: 在新文科建设背景下,数字媒体艺术专业面临学科交叉融合与产业升级的双重挑战,亟须构建科学的人才培养机制。该文分析创新型人才的知识结构、创新思维与角色作用,提出以学科竞赛和创新创业项目为驱动,通过“赛训结合”提升学生实践能力,依托产学研合作深化创新研究,形成“基础—综合—创新”的层次化培养路径;在课程改革方面,可构建“金字塔”实践教学体系,融合理论课程与数字化项目,如文化遗产数字化、虚拟现实艺术,强化学生的跨学科能力与人文素养,通过校企共建师资团队、“双创”孵化平台及“梯队式”学生团队,引入产业资源,形成长效育人机制,增强学生的社会责任感和职业适应性。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the construction of new liberal arts, the digital media arts major faces the dual challenges of interdisciplinary integration and industrial, urgently demanding the construction of a scientific talent training mechanism. This study analyzes the knowledge structure, innovative thinking, and proposes to drive student practice ability improvement through subject competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship projects, deepen innovation research through industry-iversity-research cooperation, and form a hierarchical training path of“basic-comprehensive-innovative”. In terms of curriculum reform, a“pyramid”practice teaching can be constructed, integrating theoretical courses with digital projects such as cultural heritage digitization and virtual reality art, strengthening students'interdisciplinary capabilities and humanistic literacy, by building a staff team, an incubation platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, and a“ladder”student team co-built by schools and enterprises, introducing industrial resources, and forming a-term talent training mechanism, students'sense of social responsibility and professional adaptability can be enhanced.
