摘要: 在现代学徒制背景下,高职教育在校园文化建设方面正面临从传统校园文化向校企文化双向融合的模式转变。该文以现代学徒制背景下的高职校企文化融合为研究对象,对企业与学校之间的文化融合现状进行了研究,对目前的高职院校校企文化融合路径进行了深入探讨,分析校企文化融合的内涵和现阶段高职教育中校企文化融合存在的问题,通过“一点两线三课堂”探索在现代学徒制培养模式下校企文化融合的路径,实现校园文化与企业文化双向赋能,促使学生更好地从“校园人”向“职业人”转变,成长为符合市场需求的人才。

Abstract: In the context of modern apprenticeship system, vocational education is facing a transformation from traditional campus culture to a two-way integration of school enterprise culture in campus culture construction. This article takes the integration of school enterprise culture in vocational colleges under the background of modern apprenticeship system as the research object, studies the cultural integration status between enterprises and schools, and deeply explores the current path of school enterprise culture integration in vocational colleges. It analyzes the connotation of school enterprise culture integration and the problems existing in the integration of school enterprise culture in current vocational education. Through the“one point, two lines, and three classrooms”, it explores the path of school enterprise culture integration under the modern apprenticeship training mode, realizes the two-way empowerment of campus culture and corporate culture, promotes students to better transform from “campus people” to“vocational people”, and grows into talents that meet market demand.
