摘要/Abstract

摘要： 职业生涯教育是支持大学生走向工作岗位,成长为行业、企业核心人才的关键步骤。该文围绕大学生职业生涯教育的顶层设计Doing、指导学生职业生涯过程Directing、适时系统调试Debugging,构建本土化“3D”循环教育体系,分析教育过程中面临的现实问题,并提出针对性的改善路径,旨在提升我国大学生职业生涯教育的质量与效果,助力大学生更好地适应社会并实现高质量发展。

Abstract: Career education is a key step to support college students to go to work and grow into the core talents of the industry and enterprises. Article around the top design of college students'career education Doring, guide students career process Directing, timely system debugging Debugging, build localization“3D”circulation education system, analysis the reality in the process of education, and put forward targeted improvement path, aims to improve the quality and effect of Chinese college students'career education, help college students to better adapt to the society and achieve high quality development.
