Abstract: Digital education is an inevitable trend in the development of teaching and learning for asset evaluation majors in colleges and universities in the era of digital economy. Digital resource teaching platform, on the other hand, is an important tool for realizing the digital education of asset appraisal specialty. On the basis of fully considering the characteristics of asset valuation profession, the paper draws on the advanced experience at home and abroad, and expbres the principles, contents, functions, management and maintenance of the platform, so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the construction of digital resource teaching platform for asset valuation profession.
