Research on the Reform of Food Safety Testing Technology Course Based on “Project Integration and Capability Progression” under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 针对新工科背景下食品安全检测技术课程存在的理论与实践脱节、实践能力培养不足等问题,该文以食品快速检测技术课程为载体,探索基于“项目贯穿、能力递进”理念的教学改革;通过重构三维课程目标(知识、能力、素养)、优化模块化教学内容(聚焦核心检测需求)、设置多元化递进式项目任务(基础→综合→创新),构建了以能力培养为核心的课程体系。实践表明:该体系显著提升了学生的实践操作能力、跨学科综合应用能力和创新解决问题能力,有效促进了新工科应用型人才的培养。

Abstract: In response to the problems of theoretical and practical disconnection and insufficient practical ability cultivation in the food safety testing technology course under the background of new engineering disciplines, this article explores teaching reform based on the concept of“project integration and ability progression”using the food rapid testing technology course as a carrier; By reconstructing the three-dimensional curriculum objectives (knowledge, abilities, literacy), optimizing modular teaching content (focusing on core testing needs), and setting diversified progressive project tasks (foundation → synthesis → innovation), a new curriculum system centered on ability cultivation has been constructed. Practice has shown that this system significantly enhances students'practical operation ability, interdisciplinary comprehensive application ability, and innovative problem-solving ability, effectively promoting the cultivation of applied talents in new engineering fields.
