摘要: 该文以新质生产力视域下工程师人才培养为目标,结合东北林业大学高分子材料与工程专业办学特色和学科优势,从行业调研与需求分析入手,深化产教融合,创新教育模式;从优化专业人才培养方案、加强专业课程体系内涵建设和“双师双能型”一流师资队伍建设等方面进行了全面改革与实践,对于高校工程师人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义和推广价值。

Abstract: This paper aims to cultivate engineering talents from the perspective of new quality productivity, combined with the characteristics and disciplinary advantages of the polymer materials and engineering major at Northeast Forestry University. Starting from industry research and demand analysis, it deepens the integration of industry and education, and innovates the education model; carried out comprehensive reforms and practices in optimizing professional talent training programs, strengthening the connotation construction of professional curriculum systems, and building a first-class teaching staff team with“dual teachers and dual abilities”. This study has certain reference significance and promotion value for the cultivation of engineering talents in universities.
