摘要: 培养高素质拔尖创新型人才是高等学校的重要责任,产教融合、科教融合是持续推动人力资源深度开发和创新驱动发展的重要途径。近年来,北京化工大学电子科学与技术专业以实践教学为平台,坚持以科教融合为驱动、以产教融合为导向、以赛教融合为抓手,构建了以科促教、以产促教、以赛促教的“科教 + 产教 + 赛教”三融合电子科学与技术专业创新人才培养模式,有效提升了创新型人才培养质量。

Abstract: Cultivating high-quality and innovative talents is an important responsibility of higher education institutions.“Integration of industry and education, integration of science and education”is an important way to continuously promote the deep development of human resources and innovation driven development. In recent years, the electronic science and technology major at Beijing University of Chemical Technology has used practical teaching as a platform, adhering to the principles of integration of science and education as the driving force, integration of industry and education as the guidance, and integration of competition and education as the starting point. It has constructed a“science education + industry education + competition and education” three in one innovative talent cultivation model in the field of electronic science and technology, which effectively improves the quality of innovative talent cultivation.
