摘要: 数控技术专业学生能力的培养,不仅直接影响学生的就业及发展,对于我国专业技术领域的发展也具有重要影响。该文基于数控技术专业的特征,从工作过程出发设计实施能力培养体系,对于学生发展至关重要。该文首先分析数控技术专业能力培养的现状,然后基于工作过程构建数控技术专业能力培养体系,旨在进一步强调工作过程对于数控技术专业学生素质和能力培养的重要性,为专业技术人才培养提供一定指导。

Abstract: The cultivation of the abilities of students majoring in numerical control technology not only directly affects their employment and development, but also has an important impact on the development of professional and technical fields in China. This article is based on the characteristics of the numerical control technology major, and designs and implements a capability training system from the perspective of the work process, which is crucial for students'development. This article first analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of numerical control technology professional abilities, and then constructs a numerical control technology professional ability cultivation system based on the work process. The aim is to further emphasize the importance of the work process for the quality and ability cultivation of numerical control technology students, and provide certain guidance for the cultivation of professional technical talents.
