Abstract: Creating an“excellent craftsman”innovative talent training system in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for building an innovation-oriented country, a realistic requirement for deepening the integration of industry and education, and an urgent requirement for promoting the comprehensive development of students. Through the literature research and case analysis, this paper points out that higher vocational colleges should further focus on knowledge and skills to build a curriculum system for cultivating“excellent craftsmen”, deepen the integration of industry and education to expand the useful channels for cultivating“excellent craftsmen”, strengthen the practice education to optimize the innovative talent training system, and improve the construction of campus culture to create a strong atmosphere for the cultivation of“excellent craftsmen”.
