摘要: 该文围绕“双高计划”高职院校绩效评价优化路径展开研究,旨在树立良好的评价理念,构建科学合理的绩效评价体系,完善长效性的绩效评价机制,推动高职院校高质量内涵式发展。该文系统梳理了“双高计划”高职院校绩效评价的理论基础和基本内容,分析了评价现状及存在的问题,并提出了完善“双高”院校绩效评价的对策建议。研究表明:科学的绩效评价体系对“双高”院校发展具有重要指导作用,有助于提升院校整体办学水平和核心竞争力。

Abstract: This article focuses on optimization of the performance evaluation of higher vocational colleges under the“double high plan”, aiming to establish a good evaluation concept, a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, improve the long-term performance evaluation mechanism, and promote the high-quality connotative development of higher vocational colleges. The research systematically out the theoretical basis and basic content of the performance evaluation of“double high”colleges, analyzes the current evaluation status and existing problems, and proposes suggestions for improving the performance evaluation of high colleges. The study shows that a scientific performance evaluation system plays an important guiding role in the development of“double high”colleges, and helps to improve the overall level of school running and competitiveness.
