高职院校教师创新创业教育能力提升策略和效果评估研究

摘要: 教师创新创业教育能力是保障学校“双创”教育质量和效果的重要因素。该文通过分析高职院校教师创新创业教育能力方面存在的不足,提出了其提升的策略,同时对其提升效果进行多维度评估,最终构建基于CIPP模型的高职院校教师创新创业教育能力评估体系,涵盖4个一级指标、8个二级指标、20个三级指标,可为后期相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education ability is an important factor to ensure the quality and effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. By analyzing the shortcomings of teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship education ability in vocational colleges, strategies for enhancing them were put forward. At the same time, a multi-dimensional evaluation was conducted on the enhancirg effect of them, ultimately, a quantitative evaluation system of the 4 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators, and 20 third-level indicators of teachers'entrepreneurial and innovative abilities in vocational colleges based on the CIPP model was established, which can provide reference for subsequent relevant research.
