教学诊改视域下高职院校“三全三化”教学督导体系的构建与实践

摘要: 教学质量体系建设是人才培养的重要环节。高职院校督导体系构建的关键在于全面育人、全方位评价、全过程监控,有效保障教学质量。该文提出对高职院校教学督导工作模式进行改革,深入理解诊改内涵,结合当前诊改工作理念,创造性构建以全员参与、全过程监控、全方位评价为基础,以标准化、规范化、信息化为特色的教学督导工作体系,在实践过程中通过院系两级联动、制定工作标准、开展多元评教等方式,助力教学质量提升。

Abstract: The construction of teaching quality system is an important part of talent cultivation. The key to building a supervision system for vocational colleges lies in comprehensive education, all-round evaluation, and full process monitoring, effectively ensuring teaching quality. This article proposes to reform the teaching supervision mode of higher vocational education, deeply understand the connotation of diagnosis and reform, and creatively construct a teaching supervision system based on full participation, full process monitoring, and comprehensive evaluation, with standardization, normalization, and informatization as its characteristics. In the practical process, through the linkage between departments and colleges, the formulation of work standards, the implementation of diversified evaluation, to improve the quality of teaching.
