基于OBE理念的神经外科本科教学改革研究

Research on Undergraduate Teaching Reform of Neurosurgery Based on OBE Concept

摘要: 目的探讨在神经外科本科教学实施基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念的教学改革的效果。方法选取贵州医科大学2020级84名五年制医学专业本科学生,按信封随机法分成试验组(42例)、对照组(42例)。对照组实施基础教学,试验组在此基础上实施OBE理念下的教学改革,对比两组考试测评结果、自主学习能力、CCTDI得分和医学生满意度等。结果两组理论测评成绩对比无差异(P>0.05),试验组病案考核、实操能力和总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后,两组学生各项自主学习能力和各项CCTDI得分均升高,且试验组学习控制感、信息能力、计划安排、系统化、求知欲、寻找事实和分析性得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组医学生的满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(76.19%)(P<0.05)。结论基于OBE理念的神经外科本科教学改革,有助于提升医学生考核成绩,提高其思维能力与自主学习能力,并促进其满意度提高。

Abstract: ObjectiveExploring the effectiveness of implementing results oriented education (OBE) based teaching reform in undergraduate neurosurgery education. Method84 undergraduate students majoring in medicine from Guizhou Medical University's 2020 cohort were selected divided by an experimental group (42 cases) and a control group (42 cases) according to the envelope design. The control group implemented basic teaching, while the experimental group implemented teaching reform under the OBE concept on this basis. The exam evaluation results, self-directed learning ability, CCTDI score, and medical student satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the exam results between the two theoretical groups (P>0.05, the ability and overall score of the experimental group to analyze and practice medical records were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). After teaching, both groups showed an increase in information, learning control, self-management ability scores, and various CCTDI scores. The experimental group had higher scores in information, learning control, self-management ability, systematization, thirst for knowledge, fact finding, and analytical skills than the relevant control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of medical students in the experimental group (92.86%) higher than that of control group, which was 76.19% (P<0.05). ConclusionThe teaching reform of undergraduate neurosurgery based on OBE concept can help improve the assessment scores of medical students, enhance their thinking ability, improve their self-directed learning ability, and promote an increase in satisfaction.
