Construction and Practice of Practical Teaching Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Value-Added Evaluation

摘要: 在当前教育数字化转型与职业教育高质量发展的背景下,高职院校实践教学评价体系的改革成为培养高素质技术技能人才的关键因素。该文在增值评价理论的指导下,构建了基于CIPP评价模型的高职院校实践教学增值评价指标体系,涵盖教学背景、教学资源、教学过程和教学成果4个维度,并运用层次分析法(AHP)科学分配指标权重,以江苏某高职院校工程造价专业的核心技能训测实践课程为例进行实证研究,验证了该评价体系在动态追踪学生技能成长、优化教学策略方面的有效性。

Abstract: Under the background of the current digital transformation of education and the high-quality development of vocational education, the reform of practical teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges has become the key factor to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. Under the guidance of value-added evaluation theory, this paper constructs a value-added evaluation index system of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges based on CIPP evaluation model, which covers four dimensions of teaching background, teaching resources, teaching process and teaching results, and scientifically allocates the index weight by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Taking the practical course of core skills training and testing of engineering cost major in a higher vocational college in Jiangsu as an example, the effectiveness of the evaluation system in dynamically tracking students'skill growth and optimizing teaching strategies is verified.
