摘要: 产教融合对培育数智化人才具有重要意义。该文分析了各行各业对数智化人才的需求与产教融合育人创新发展的现状,在此基础上构建了产教融合培育数智化人才的评价体系,包括个人部分和团队合作部分,并且阐述了各项指标的内容。同时,该文以无锡学院数字经济与管理学院的教学实践为例,介绍了聚焦课程数智转型、动态融合更新教案、合作共建实践基地以及校企协同合作等具体做法,为高校培养数智化人才提供了参考。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is of great significance in cultivating digital and intelligent talents. This article analyzes the demand for digital and intelligent talents in various industries and the current situation of innovative development in the integration of industry and education. Based on this, an evaluation system for the integration of industry and education in cultivating digital and intelligent talents is constructed, including individual and team cooperation parts, and the content of each indicator are elaborated. At the same time, this article takes the teaching practice of the School of Digital Economy and Management at Wuxi University as an example to introduce specific practices such as focusing on curriculum digital intelligence transformation, dynamically integrating and updating teaching plans, cooperating to build practical bases, and school enterprise collaboration, providing reference for universities to cultivate digital intelligence talents.
