Research on the Development Path of Industry-Education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces—Case Study of Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Instute

摘要: 新质生产力的发展对高技能人才培养提出了更高的要求。高职院校作为培养高技能人才的基地,亟须在产教融合中探索更加系统化、创新化的发展路径。该文以西安铁路职业技术学院为研究对象,在新质生产力发展背景下,分析其在职业教育新工科理念指导下,围绕“T型人才”培养目标,构建动态胜任力模型,推动教育链与产业链、创新链与人才链的深度融合。通过实践探索,学校通过优化育人机制、重构课程体系、强化校企协同,有效提升了人才培养的复合性与适应性,为高职院校在新质生产力引领下实现产教融合协同发展与高质量跃升提供了可借鉴的实践路径。

Abstract: The development of new-quality productive forces has put forward higher requirements for the training of high-skilled talents. As the main battlefield for high-skilled talents, higher vocational colleges urgently need to explore more systematic and innovative development paths in the integration of industry with education. This article takes Xi'an Railwayocational and Technical College as the research object, and under the background of the development of new-quality productive forces, it analyzes the construction of dynamic competency model in concept of new engineering in vocational education, and promotes the deep integration of education chain with industrial chain, innovation chain with talent chain. Through practical exploration, the school effectively improved the composite and adaptability of talent training through optimizing the training mechanism, reconstructing the curriculum system and strengthening the coordination between enterprises and schools, which provides a reference for higherational colleges to realize the coordinated development of industry and education and high-quality leap under the leadership of new-quality productive forces.
