摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,学科竞赛能激发学生创新思维、提升实践能力,将学科竞赛与创新创业教育融合是提升人才培养质量的关键,但当前存在融合不足、资源分散等问题。该文提出构建“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促创”路径,通过整合课程体系、完善协同机制、优化评价体系等策略,实现二者优势互补,培养高素质创新创业人才。

Abstract: Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, subject competitions can stimulate students'innovative thinking and enhance their practical abilities, the integration of university discipline competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship education is the key to improving the quality of talent cultivation. At present, there exist problems such as insufficient integration and scattered resources. This paper proposes to construct a model of“promoting teaching, learning and innovation through competitions”. Through strategies such as integrating the curriculum system, improving the collaborative mechanism and optimizing the evaluation system, the complementary advantages of the two can be achieved to cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
