摘要: 随着《民办教育促进法》的全面实施,民办高校迎来了新的发展机遇,同时也面临着转型发展的要求,需要不断加大“双师双能型”教师培养力度,从而适应产教融合背景下的教学需要。该文简要分析“双师双能型”教师能力培养的内涵与特征,在此基础上,从政策与机制建设、教师能力培养、校企合作模式、保障措施4个方面提出有针对性的建议。

Abstract: With the full implementation of the Private Education Promotion Law, private colleges and universities have welcomed excellent opportunities for development, but also face the requirements for transformation and development of private colleges and universities, which need to continuously increase the “dual professional and dual ability” teacher training, so as to meet the teaching needs under the background of the integration of production and education. This paper briefly analyzes the connotation and characteristics of “dual professional and dual ability” teacher ability training, and on this basis, puts forward targeted suggestions from four aspects: policy and mechanism construction, teacher ability training, school-enterprise cooperation mode and safeguard measures.
