“政校行企”协同的地方应用型高校产教融合新生态研究

摘要: 在深化产教融合与职业教育改革的背景下,地方应用型高校亟须构建“政校行企”协同的产教融合新生态。新生态构建应以“顶层政策协同—主体功能赋能—运行机制创新—区域生态共生”为路径,强化政府部门统筹和行业引领,推动高校专业链对接产业链,激发企业参与积极性,通过数字化平台与动态评价机制保障生态可持续性。该文论证了“政校行企”协同在优化人才培养、服务区域经济转型方面的关键作用,为地方应用型高校的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening the integration of industry and education and vocational education reform, local applied universities urgently need to build a new ecology of industry education integration that promotes the synergy between government, schools, administration, and enterprise. The construction of a new ecology should follow the path of “top-level policy coordination - empowerment of main functions - innovation of operational mechanisms - regional ecological symbiosis”, strengthen government department coordination and industry guidance, promote the integration of university professional chains with industrial chains, stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise to partiupatc, and ensure ecological sustainability through digital platforms and dynamic evaluation mechanisms. This article demonstrates the key role of “government, school, administration, and enterprise” in optimizing talent cultivation and serving regional economic transformation, providing reference for the development of local applied universities.
